Our barrel-aged project started with a shared passion for beer and aged spirits. We were lucky enough to get our hands on some ex-Jack Daniels and Woodford reserve barrels. After tasting the aged beers in each, we then blended the barrels together, giving you both the smoky sweetness of Jack and the spicy chocolate notes of Woodford.
